Mia is a Senior Director of Design at Ralph Lauren with over 15 years of proven experience in design, product development, and creative leadership. She is highly motivated and driven. Her creative skills, paired with 12 years’ experience presenting her designs to Ralph Lauren’s executive leadership have equipped her with the ability to communicate brand vision to deliver success. Her extensive international experience includes coordination with production teams and vendors in China, India, Bangladesh, and Turkey on ten collections annually to ensure seamless project execution.

In FY25, her work contributed to revenues exceeding $300 million, and helped Polo Women’s reach $1.2 billion, underscoring her ability to drive business through innovative design solutions. She also has a proven track record of reducing production costs, implementing sustainable materials and enhancing brand recognition.

When she's not working, Mia loves exploring New York’s art museums and vintage shops. An art history enthusiast, she has a special love of abstract expressionism. A true lover of vintage, she spends her free time hunting for gems at flea markets, in vintage shops, and on her travels—always on the lookout for the perfect denim, dress, and sportswear pieces.
